Our mission is to make it easy for you to find the perfect countertop at a price you can afford. Whether this is your first or tenth countertop purchase, you need someone by your side with unmatched experience in counter material, fabrication and installation. The big box stores simply cannot provide this experience.

From the time you come into our showroom to the time we install your beautiful new counters, you can rest easy knowing that every step in the process is performed by Solid Surface Solutions employees. We have our own shop where your countertops are cut and fabricated by our experienced employees. So, you don’t have to worry about the reliability of subcontractors.

Our Process

1. Receive a free estimate by coming into our showroom and browsing our many countertop choices in granite, marble, travertine, limestone, quartz, and acrylics. Let our helpful staff answer all of your questions about countertops. You may also email or fax us a diagram of your countertop layouts. If needed, we can do a free in home measure and answer any questions. Typically estimates are completed the same day.
2. Countertop material selection is next. We have hundreds of slabs to choose from at our distributors. If you would like, we would be happy to meet or take you to a distributor and assist in your selection of the actual stone slab that will be cut into your countertop.
3. Select an edge for your finished countertops. See our Edge profile page.
4. Select your plumbing fixtures. You can select from the vendor of your choice.
5. Set a date to template your cabinets. We will then send one of our experienced employees out to create a custom template of your cabinets. We use sophisticated, laser measuring equipment to make sure that your countertop measurements are precise. We can template over existing countertops! No removal until installation. At time of template please have the sink, stove /cooktop and faucets at location.
6. If you choose a granite style with a lot of movement, before we make any cuts in your granite slab, we can electronically provide you with an image showing exactly how your granite will look after it is cut. So, you will know exactly what to expect.
7. Fabrication of your countertops is done right here in our state of the art shop.
8. All cutting is done with computer controlled machinery so any custom shape is possible at no extra charge.
